Cutting boards, where do I begin, not only are they functional, like when you actually use them as a base to do your cutting on, but they also look beautiful to serve food on. Especially with the beautiful patterns and colors they come in nowadays.
I have noticed an increased use of chopping/cutting boards in food presentation. From just the classic wooden chopping boards, to these cool geometric shaped plastic boards. They look great just as decorative pieces hanging in your kitchen!
In conclusion, cutting boards look pretty, are functional for cutting and serving, and they come in so many different designs. You can even pimp up your old wooden chopping boards with leather straps! So the next time you're having a party or having some friends over for dinner, try serving food on chopping boards to create a really photogenic spread. Unless its soup or noodles or something thats going to slide right off, then just stick to bowls, we beg you.
Have fun chopping board shopping! - Zara S.

{my favorite vintage items from relique: 1. seltzer bottle 2. rosette irons 3. jade mixing bowl 4. wire basket 5. scale 6. midcentury plate 7. picnic ice box}
Do you have any vintage accessories in your kitchen?
I do! And although my kitchen is no way near looking as nice as the kitchen below, I do try to give my vintage accesoiries the same decoration and display feel as in these beautiful images.
Not sure where you can find lovely things from a previous life ... start right here at relique. They carry a huge selection vintage and repurposed interior items.

A dreamy, sweet and crispy start of the week with Nämä from Finland. This online shop created their own small online free magazine and the images are just perfect! ... and yes I do like all the products too.
These cuttingboards are very high on my wish-list and although no images here I do love the small vintage range of ceramics at Nämä.
The beautiful Metsä fabric from Kauniste is perfect for teatowels and NAMA photographed them so well!! But I also like how Time of the Aquarius used the same fabric for their new guestroom.

A new shop in town ... online that is ... By Mölle carries a collection beautiful pieces that are totally up Bloesem's alley.
Mölle means 'mill' in a certain Dutch dialect not far from where I grew up... and an old mill is also the home and showroom of 'By Mölle'. Sisters Eveline and Marianne Maat are the founders and I wish them all the luck and success in the world!
