Newsflash: Bloesem Gazette & The Straits Times

So we have some news to update you about. When I say news, I mean literally news, like newspaper. Yes Bloesem has just debuted volume 1 of the Bloesem Gazette. And, we were also featured in The Straits Times Singapore on Saturday.

Last week was a little crazy, that now looking back I remember very little off, but thankfully we have the Bloesem Gazette to remind me. Early last week, Irene and Anouk were brainstorming and when these 2 creative minds come together we can only expect awesomeness. So on Tuesday, Irene told me about their idea of doing the Bloesem Gazette, but the catch was that it had to be done in 5 short days! A little crazy but still do-able we thought. Lucky for us we had a great printer on hand, ready to roll out the Bloesem Gazette for us.

So what you see is the Bloesem Gazette in all its glory. 12 pages full of Bloesem news, the scoop about the latest Bloesem classes, interviews with teachers, shop stops and reccomendations and even a gorgeous cake recipe from our dear Elodie (who taught 2 awesome food styling classes over the weekend, we'll share more about that this week. pinky promise).

As soon as Irene and I were done with the Gazette and it was off to the printers, we got a text that The Straits Times would like to come by the Bloesem Space the next day. WHAT? Major honour and also we were still on the high of finishing the gazette. (More like a low with the lack of energy from rushing for the printing deadline, but you get what I mean.)
