The Yvestown Yearbook 2010

   

I was visiting Yvestown this morning, the beautiful, personal and colorful blog of Yvonne Eijkenduijn , who moved to an old house in Belgium close to the Dutch border in I believe 2009 and ever since shares her interior decorating skills for her own home with us on a regular basis by showing great images, floorplans and more...

It was great fun for me to discover that she has turned her digital blog into a paper log a.k.a. a book, a yearbook. She says she is going to make these books mainly for herself but the book is for sale to anyone in her Blurb bookstore. You can preview the whole book here. 

Stools by Van San and her beautiful home!

     

Already a long time ago Sandra Jongedijk was my guest on BloesemKids for an Open House tour and ever since I follow her blog and the things she creates. Last week she told me about a house sale and some new products... these super soft looking stools, I like them very much and although they are already sold out I did want to share them with you. Perhaps it will encourage her to make more :)

Maartje's Lappionnen

39 since one day :) my goodness this lady is getting old! Thank you all for the lovely emails, tweets, comments and facebook messages, very very kind of you! 

While I was in Amsterdam last Summer I saw these amazing lamps over at Re-stored, a great shop at the Haarlemmerstraat ... Maartje van den Noort makes these super fantastic Lappionnen and I truly regret I didn't bought one while I had the chance, would have been a great Birthday present :) .... well actually I can still buy one by sending her an email, more info right here... Maartje likes using unusual color and pattern combinations. For the Lappionnen she uses vintage fabrics but als fabrics with her own illustrations on it.

Showroom apartment in Amsterdam

 

Can u believe this is 'just' a showroom apartment? Styling talent, Tatjana Quax was asked to decorate an appartment in Amsterdam IJburg for projectdevelopers Vesteda...so she did together with the help of Susan Kennedy, Daphne Westland and Jeroen Wand.
