dbO Home ... handmade, hand glazed ceramic pottery from a tiny studio out of Connecticut.  The collections from dbO Home speak to the influences of the natural world... Willow, Birch, Burls, Honeycomb and Queen Anne. I was hard pressed to find just one thing I liked so I just threw a whole bunch together into a collage. I tell ya, the creativity of people never ceases to amaze me.

Hi everyone, it's been only two weeks ago that I gave birth to our second son, Kiet, the sweetest little boy on earth! Although he is very easy, relaxed and I'm still not able to be posting every day on Bloesem, but with some wonderful help from some very nice bloggers I'm sure the daily content of Bloesem will be very interesting for the next few weeks.

The first guest blogger I would like to introduce to you is Erika from Blommafinds. Posts like  the linen pillows from shop One Eleven and Shaker Style made me want to invite Erika for a guest blog appearance on Bloesem ... hope you will like her choices too!

Pattern Bakery

I hope you don't mind me leaving you early this week with a post about the Pattern Bakery so I can enjoy a long weekend with my newborn son, Kiet and my other son Lode ... Pattern Bakery is a collective of Finnish textile and fashion designers who yearn to illustrate home and life in general ... although their website is still under construction, their blog and etsy shop give you a very good impression of the beautiful things they create and design.

I received an email from Adam from Etsy about an international seller survey they have held a little while ago of their international (non-US-based) sellers and the results are pretty interesting ... particularly notable statistic that emerged was that the majority of our international community found out about Etsy through word-of-mouth or from personal blogs ... would you like to read more, just click here! {ps. artwork is by Aliette}
