I often visit Jaime Hayon’s website…I just think he is the greatest!! No doubt that these chairs will be our grandchildren’s collector’s items… definitely the Eames equivalents of our times… This collection for BD Ediciones de Diseño was launched in April 2007 and includes large tables and coffee tables as well as this gorgeous new chair. I wish, I wish, I wish…
And how about these ceramic designs…. it’s Jaime Hayon's newest collection for Bosa Ceramiche and was presented at this year’s Salone d'il Mobile in Milan.

I was looking for new prints yesterday and of course I had to go and see whether Mocchi Mocchi would have something new for us…here they are…beautiful!

In 2005 the collective NEL was formed by a group of Mexican designers: Ricardo, Casa, Hector Esrawe, Emiliano Godoy, Cecilia León de la Barra and Óscar Nuñez. They exhibited their first project called “Stitch Kit” also in 2005 at the Salone Satelite during the Salone dei Mobile in Milan. The following year they showed the project "Fill in the Cat”.

I believe that both projects are absolutely amazing and I’m very happy I discovered their website this morning. For any selling information you have to send them an email directly, because I couldn’t find any on their website. But I’m sure visiting NEL will be a great source of inspiration for you. I just remembered that a while ago Daniëlle over at the Style-Files wrote about another great project by NEL called "Pack of Dogs".

A new week…a fresh start…so let me show you the vivid patterns designed by Imelda Gozali for a serie of beautiful pillows. You probably have seen them already, but did you know that these pillows were born via a competition? Singapore based Imelda Gozali joined the Inhabit's Great Pillow Design competition to merely test her creativity…no experience whatsoever…wow I’m very impressed! I asked Imelda about her designing background and I was very surprised to hear that she has a degree in Computer Sciences. But after she got married she actually started taking creative courses, like multimedia, pottery, photography. And since last year Imelda also takes painting classes.
I also asked Imelda whether she has any future plans on designing more fabrics? Unfortunately for us Imelda wants to practice more first and take some courses.I don’t think she need any…just let your amazing creativity flow and I’m sure many more designs will follow. Here you can buy the beautiful pillows. {thanks Imelda}

SusyJack creates these contemporary journals. I like her prints and colors. SusyJack was started in 2007 by a person who couldn't stop designing even though she had been dismissed from her design job. Undaunted, she began to design her own products, with her own patterns..and see here the results!

In January 2003 Saskia van den Bergh and Thalé Baas founded Pippa Design in Amsterdam. Vases, organizers, baby products and other items are made out of blankets. Such a good idea and how beautiful they look! Pippa D. designs various products for the fashion and interior industry. Their fun and very creative website shows you the entire collection. Have fun!
