Do you remember me writing about Louise Roe ... well the same agency who represents them also introduced me to Hagedornhagen. A company from Denmark founded by Mads Hagedorn-Olsen and Anders Morell Hagen, both renowned photographers who have many awards to their credit.
Insects always made me shiver ... guess living in Asia makes you more aware of these fellow planet members... but to be honest the highly detailed photographs by Hagedornhagen make me apreciate their beauty a whole lot better.
Result: I like the new Insect trend!

It must be 'Marjon-week' this week her on Bloesem .... and I don't mind at all. This beautiful friend of mine has been doing some soul-searching last year and I believe she has found some some hidden talents. Sometimes when life gets tough your inner mind works better ... you listen more carefully what is burning inside of you ... and I believe this truly has happened to my lovely friend.
Marjon is a photographer by profession but a true artist by heart. She has an amazing strong spirit and the titles of her first series of posters say it all...
Kusje meaning 'little kiss' and You are just PerfeKt ... which one do you like best? I'm lucky and already have the PerfeKt one at home :)
These prints will surely bring some Nordic touches to your home, so if you are a B&W lover what are you waiting for... treat yourself on one of her letterpress printed poster.
Pure quality and handmade.
These posters are only just the beginning... let's see what 2013 will bring more for Marjon...
Below the break many more images for you to get you in te right mood.
You might wonder what exactly you see in the last image ... well this is a curtain with one of Marjon's images printed on it .. and you can buy it in her shop too!

Hello everyone, here's an Etsy shop Vivian & Beverly that I think you might like. We always appreciate handmade prints and products. They are special and one of a kind. Laura Mae makes these hand-pulled screen prints inspired by her own photography or public vintage photographs. I see some vintage prints here too. Keep doing what you love, because there are people out there who will appreciate it. Check out Laura's other Etsy shop of paintings and prints here as well.

Launching this week, Famille Summerbelle’s new wallpaper and accessory collection: Manhattan.
Never to disappoint, we love the new detailed illustrations of people
and the skyline of a ‘Morning in Manhattan'. If you look closely you can even spot a pretzel stand. The new wallpapers are perfect for any room in a house where kids live. Ochre yellow happens to be the new color for us here on Bloesem so we are having our eyes set on one of these rolls. More pictures below the fold and click here for Famille Summerbelle's website.
