Halloween treat for all of you!

Happy Halloween! We’ve designed a treat for all of you. We wanted to share a little Halloween spirit, but still keep it nice and simple. Two free down-loadable templates for you to use for your Halloween decoration.

Planning a party or not, I’m sure the kiddies in the house will have a treat eating with Jack Lantern. Because it’ll be printed on paper, you can also make it as a dinning table activity with some color pencils. Now if you really love our print, laminate it and you’ll be able to re-use it anytime you want.

Our favorite idea was for wrapping paper. We love how a simple black and white wrapping paper looks with a hint of bright color.

To go along with the theme, we’ve also designed tags. Write down those names for your party or use it as a tag for those October Birthday presents.

I’m sure you will have lots of fun and other creative ideas. If you have done something with our free downloads do share it with us on our Facebook Fan Page

You can find the free templates at the end of this post

Celebrating and giving away ...

Giveaway bloesem chronicle

To end a very productive week here on Bloesem and to celebrate our new facebook fan page we would like to end this week with a special giveaway designed by Wendy Addison. Themed the ‘Theatre of Dreams,’ it is definitely a dream giveaway. Wendy’s beautiful and detail designs with a vintage feel to it wins hearts. Especially Sufiya's, who grew up with a fine art background. What we like most about the garland is how Wendy designed the Typography. Its simple, and would fit at weddings or birthdays and yet its detailed enough to give character to a room.

The garland is not the only item you can win... the Theatre of Dreams Journal with hard cover scalloped cut book with a ribbon marker can also be yours ... So you can win two pieces: journal + garland box if you head over to our new Fan page on facebook and find out what you have to do... simple I promise!

A special thanks to chronicle books, who send us the items and we are very happy to pass them on to one of you ...

Monday's quick start: Botanical Garlands by Anna Bond

Romantic sweet and above all beautiful ... that is how I would like to describe my new party garland. Perhaps you recognise the illustrations yes they are by my favorite stationery designer Anna Bond from Rifle paper & co. Chronicle books teamed up with Anna to make a garland that is super useful. The box comes with 80 circles, 72 alphabet tiles and 8 decorative tiles, so you can create any word you need to use for the specific party or event. Names, Happy Birthday, Welcome, just married or else ... you can use it over and over again....

Monday's quick start: Love Mae wrapping paper ideas by Marsh Golemac

I love collaborations and I am hoping to do more collaborations myself next year with creative people from around the globe.... and this project definitely gets me inspired.

Marsha Golemac from 'Three Nations', who is a paper artist and crafter received a package from Love Mae, you know the label from Australia making awesome wall murals and other paper designs. The parcel was filled with beautiful wrapping paper from Love Mae and they told Marsha 'do what you love' ... that's what she did and see here the result .... paper wall hangings [one using a paper weaving technique], diamond shaped stackable totems, and a little cabin with some snow capped mountains.

If you woud like to be creative with wrapping paper too ... use one of these great tutiroals on the Love Mae blog. Every month to share with you a project. I particularely liked the large flower blossoms ...
