Openhouse Project in Barcelona

Not sure how I found this project but loving it very much ... The Openhouse Project in Barcelona started with the idea of Mari luz Vidal and Andrew Trotter to open their home to show and share their photographic and gastronomic projects in a way which is more personal and intimate.

Every 3 months Mari and Andrew will together with Ana Schulz creating a program of different activities with the theme of photography ... during this exhibition called the Gallery you are all invited to come, see and share with them. All you need to do is write to them and come along, and have a coffee with us.

Or once a month in their kitchen Mari and Andres will organise  a true Japanese dinner together with Nobu Kawagoe. They will post and mail the dates and times. Booking is essential.

I admire people like Mari and Andrew to be brave anough to open their homes ... but I do believe once you are out your comfort zone festivities like this will only bring you more ... in every sense of the word.     [MORE IMAGES]

The beautiful kitchen of Emma Persson Lagerberg by Petra Bindel

Last month I saw this kitchen in the Elle deco UK and it blew me away ... I like everything about it. But the mint green color is just superb. I am sure I wouldn't dare do this but now I have seen it I would ... so keeing this pics in my private folder. Marble is already in my home, we have a big marble dining table so that would go well together :)

Marjon's photography is again STUNNING!! I'm LOving this series so much becasue it is one thing to admire the work by designers but another to actually talk to them and see how they themself live.

New collection 2013 minä perhonen

I can never get enough writing about Japanese label minä perhonen ... and have done it quite a bit over the past couple of years, but seeing the new winter collection 2013 this morning was again drooling over all the things I saw ...

Where shall I begin .. one of the choucho's, the notebooks or the coasters, the moon letters or a kimono dress... what would you choose?

Just some rooms for you to enjoy today... Winnie Sarah Dang who ives in SIngapore collected these and many more on het pinterest board right here. I LOve the first living room with the yellow and that bed is so inviting ... shows again how important beautiful bedding is for a bedroom.
