{the beautiful images of the book are made by Janine from UpperCaseGallery were you can also order the new book}
I'm almost certain you have seen the beautiful new fabric collection from Lotta Jansdotter already somewhere...but not showing her fabrics and new book on Bloesem would simply be a crime...her impeccable taste and amazing patterns truly are trendsetting and inspirational for many...I can't wait to have the new book in my hands and I haven't decided yet which fabric I like most. {ps. an email just arrived letting me know about a limited etition signed cards from Lotta}

I received a very nice email from Alicia a little while ago telling me about her great craft store, Dudua, in one of my favorite areas in Barcelona, El Barrio del Borne. In her shop she sells handmade products from artists and crafters from all around the world and of course many items are from Spanish artists. Like these great wallets from Poketo and illustrated by different artists.
Recently Alicia has launched the online Dudua sshop so we don't have to visit Barcelona first, but can just order the things we like online. {Of course I highly recommend visiting Barcelona and the shop one day, it's definitely one of the most beautiful cities in the world} These awesome little crochet plants are made by ' and available right here...(I would chose the 'lucky clover')

...just found these lovely badges right here...Anna Laura form Melbourne made them...
..Enjoy the weekend..
Beautiful felt covers and handmade journals from Nightjar Books...a one-woman bookbinding operation, located in Toronto.
Super cute plantable greeting cards from Shannon Lowry aka Round Robin Press, located in Austin, Texas.
Mollie Greene and Annie Koelle are Royal Buffet and they make fantastic things to share with others they say.

Just before the weekend starts I would like to show you some posts about crafts, handmade items and fun little products...and which shop is the perfect place to find such items..of course Shop Betty ...founded and run by the lovely Lucia! Enjoy!

I was just visiting CarpeItem and there I saw how very inventive the writer Svanna from Copenhagen had used her calander to cover one of her lampshades....

Arounna makes it look so simple...just one of her art projects she made with her son and now she shows us how to do this yourself at home...just click here...have fun!

I promised Carmel Killin from FeedtheDog already two weeks ago to write about her beautiful handcrafted cushion covers and wall panels. Carmel lives in a small studio in potts point, Sydney, close to the beaches and the harbour. She is a designer with a background in film, graphic design, creative writing and education...and now makes these great looking pillow covers which you can order directly via her etsy shop. Would you like to read a little bit more about Carmel...just click here...

More felt today...Reya Veltman made these amazing looking pebbles using natural wool rovings. She says they are soft to the touch, yet retain the hardness of the rock when
squeezed. I love them! Reya is a self-taught artist living in the Netherlands. In her Etsy shop you can find more objects made by her like fabrics, bowls, necklaces and other artwork.
