Guest Post: Blues + Greens

Hi everyone and greetings from Canada! It's Jan from Poppytalk and I too, am so saddened by Irene's loss and of course was more than happy to do a post here while she is away. Big hugs Irene!

When wondering what I could write about for one of my favorite blogs, Bloesem, I ran into a splash of beautiful blues and greens via Marcus Hay's Blue/Green board over on Pinterest and was immediately drawn in. I think what I am most inspired by is the hue (especially the chalkboard paint version) on the wall. The effect for a wall mixed with blue fabrics and accessories really makes for an inviting space don't you think? It also works on furniture (like that chair in the photo above).
