Yes, Frieda Mellema former half of Friedamaria has gone solo with wonderful inspirational products and images. What I love about the first look of her website is the experimental feel of making new things... we already loved her style very much and Lab 71 is only bringing us better and more thought-through items.
In the diary section you can find pictures of the work in progress of Frieda's gorgeous handmade creations and great inspirational ideas of how you would style them. My favorite is her butterfly brooch collection. Very uniquely made and I would wear it with a chain as a necklace as well.
Do people still carry around handkerchiefs? Well they should. These simple plain handkerchiefs stood out to me because of the pictures printed on them.

She has wonderful feeling in her work. I love the dots and butterflies. They are close to my heart also.
