Giveaway ends April 4.

I absolutely adore this collection of cookbook's! You can learn more, and see what these awesome ladies are up to here.

The Hungry Girls' Cookbook..

GIVEAWAY IS NOW CLOSED :: the winner is Rachel, congratulations!! If you didn't win this giveaway, do not fret because another one is happening right now.

Warm apple pie and ice-cream - comfort food at its best!

Definitely would have to be chocolate cake!

fruity sorbet.... preferably berry sorbet :-)

Chocolate chip cookies... can't live without them...

I would take Chocolate Mousse with whipped cream on top! Yuuuuum!

Definitely tiramisu

Strawberry cheesecake! Yum, yum!

Chocolate pavlova with fresh raspberries. Yummmmmmm.

endless affogatos (preferrably a single origin coffee and handmade slow-churned vanilla bean icecream), followed up with some rich dark chocolate panforte. Y U M !!!

It would be my granny's (Bets') old recipe: A bowl of applesauce and in the middle of that a Dutch rusk with marmelade on top! I'm only afraid this would not stop the homesickness..

I think it would be sticky chocolate cake with vanille-mousse and whipped cream!!

Gelato, gelato, and more gelato. Yum! :)

I would take Green and Black's milk chocolate with chunks of caramel!

I would take... a huge banana, caramel and ice cream parfet topped with chopped nuts. YUUMM!

Creme brûlée !!!

Baklava. Mmmmmmmmm.

I'd take with me the dessert from my childhood: vanilla icecream and chocolate cake. Tones of it - there would be no handsome men or Weight Watchers at the island to keep me from eating all of it, anyway.

hard to pick just one dessert, but i'll probably choose a fondant au chocolat..

Not a doubt about it: Chocolate Chip and Pecan Banana Pudding. Yum-o!

For sure a Petit Gateaux with an amazing homemade ice-cream .... With some Limoncello by my side to!!!!!....

A lifetime supply of moist Red Velvet Cakes with that extra cream cheese frosting! x

oh my... nothing would suit a castaway on a deserted island (a tropical one at least) more than a coconut banana cake! it would keep well in the heat too ;) x

I would take my chocolate chip cookies
they might be simple but they are still the best

I'm thinking it's going to be hot, so a lemon/lime sherbert would be refreshing!

smogrocket @ gmail

My mom's lemon cake for sure!

Maple taffy !!
What beautiful books.

Almond tart w/ raspberries and marzipan

My stash of my mother's delicious Galaktoboureko!!!

I'm a lemon curd gal... any kind of tart. Doesn't make me feel stuffed and horrible - more alive and refreshing!!

If I was stranded on a dessert :) island, I'd take homemade lemon bars with powdered sugar sprinkled all over it. mmmmm

Croissant bread pudding!!!

A lemon cheesecake with blueberries and a little honey drizzled on top.

Melted Chocolate

Thanks for the giveaway ! I'll definitely take a carrot cake my favourite dessert :)

It looks like a very beautiful book!

I would take a big piece of cheesecake with 'speculaas' and raspberries with me!

I would definitely bring a creamy forest fruits cake, it is a realy good one. It tastes realy sweet with a hint of lemon. So that dessert island wouldn't be a problem for me, since I'm bringing this cake :)

oooooooooo!!!!!!!

gelato (lime or lemon, bacci and blackcurrant... mmmm)

and cookies.

and milk.

oh yeah!!!

If I ever stranded on a dessert island, I would love to bring my two favorite men with me: Ben & Jerry :-P .... oh, and a fridge please with eco-friendly solar energy

french fruit tart
tumblemumbo at gmail dot com
intl

Definitely bring my "Vin Santo trifle" from the cookbook Food for Friends (Fran Warde)!!!!!

the japanese azuki dessert!

Flourless chocolate fudgecake, its so rich and dense and satisfying... you can only eat a little at a time, and who knows how long you will stranded. Then again if you ate it all you would die a happy person.

These cookbooks look so sweet. Love the design and hand crafted touch.

'Bakker Baards' Clafoutis...

I will take a crème brûlée, of course!

Cheesecake for me please!! With rasperry, blueberries, strawberries.... whatever you want!

Hmm that would be a hard choice but I think it would have to be a chocolate eclair from my favorite patisserie

ohhh, I would definitely take vanilla meringue. mmm :>

Very hard question! I love Mont Blanc, Tarte Tatin, Black Forest, Lemon pie and more.
I would probably bring a Tarte Tatin!

apple crumble with wiped cream! hmmm, jammie.

Apple crumble ♥
