NUTELLA! One everything - toast, crackers, on top of porridge (best breakfast ever!) or just off the spoon. I'm completely addicted to it and have been ever since my Grandpa let me try some when I was very young. I just love it!
Theprints are awesome, lovely giveaway :-)

Yumm, Yumm, I really love a raw egg yolk on my french fries!! Nothing better and tastier than to throw a cold raw egg yolk straight on your warm french fries. The deep yellow drips off between the lighter fries and gives them a stronger, deeper taste. A bit of sweet mayonnaise finishes it off! Tasty!!

Pancakes...i love all sorts of pancakes. I like them in the morning, afternoon or in the evening, i could eat them all day. The Canadian pancakes i often make for breakfast and the dutch ones for dinner.

its really yummy, tho. .. never occurred to me that it was a weird thing until my flatmate inquired about what i was eating.
my mom grew up in the 50s in the boonies in finland and it was a pretty regular goodie back then. 'nuff said.

My guilty food pleasure: NUTELLA! Whether it's during the day or night or past midnight, I always crave it. It's especially great with strawberries, on crepes, and sometimes I like to use it for cake.

Apart from chocolate, my favourite thing is thick crunchy peanut butter and honey on crunchy wholegrain toast. Gorgeous prints!

peanut butter and banana...ok, throw in some chocolate syrup too.
Posted by: julie | 03/15/2012 at 12:39 PM
My favorite guilty kitchen concoction is a toasted pita with hummus, garlicky tahini, pickles and . . . a poached egg! The runnier the yolk, the better, because it mixes up with the hummus and tahini and tastes divine. Sometimes I'll add some greens, maybe a little Israeli salad (finely chopped tomato, cucumber, onions, purple cabbage), a crumble or two of feta, but that's really just superfluous. It's all about the gooey, hummus-y yolk. Or should I say yoke?

cupcakes! But do to a whole bunch of food sensitivities I make them with spelt flour and goat butter. I make a fantastic goat butter cream icing. I make my goat spelt cake twice a year for my birthday and 6 months later, for my partners birthday.

Well...hmmm, dear I tell you?
I start with some smoked salmon, secretly taken out of the fridge. Then take a sip of my favourite vanille chai with milk. And I finish with a chocolate truffle (or..who am I kidding...maybe more then one).

I tell you what...there is something I really love, but I know it sounds terrible...pssst: I ♥ deep-fried snickers!! Yessss, I bet, there's nothing eatable with more calories!
PS: Also works well with any other chocolate bar or even ice inside the deep-frying batter!

The most relaxing thing I can do after an exhaustive day is to kick off my heels, turn on some music and go into the kitchen. I love experimenting with spices and breaking all the rules - sometimes with a glass of wine in one hand... Risotto is my guilty pleasure - the process is slow and the result is always rich!
