Well, I adore the ochre ring, but it's sold out (as are all the yellow rings--I spot a trend!), so I'd go with the moss-burst ring. So rich and mysterious looking!

It's hard to choose indeed. I love rings and the first one that caught my attention was the Blue Lace ring:

Why? It's not a typical ring with it's pointy tip parallel to your finger, but the pointy tip is perpendicular to the finger! Very nice and of course with the colour combination, it's gorgeous.
