going green

GaetanCoulaud

A long time dream of mine...a nice looking herbs and small vegetables table for our home. When I saw this one from Gaëtan Coulaud and Ludovic Avenel I was utterly impressed with how they had translated my idea of a perfect herbs table into a actual real table :)

...but if you are looking for a more transportable herbs garden, perhaps this great one from BACSAC is perfect for you!

and I love this flower arrangement photographed by Marjon Hoogervorst....just have to say thanks to Wallpaper magazine for their wonderful slideshow of the Maison et Objet fair, which brought me to this green post today.

So interesting posts, you wrote the headline you gave, and the meaning was so excited.I am sure people who all like them, and better then, good luck!

Some absolutely beautful ideas - I aprticularly like the Fiat 500 roof rack one as I live here in Italy (that was actually my wedding car when I got married last summer!) - Ialso love the last photograph - so fresh!

oh Irene, a beautiful post for the spring...here in europe! ciao

love the herbs and small vegetables table, real cool idea. xx

I'm working on creating a very odd and very vertical garden in a tiny allyway behind my bungalow-- these images (especially the flying trees and the plant table) have got me totally inspired. Thanks for posting. love, love it. gosh that cinquecento?? also SO adorable.

I love these images! I really love the flying plants, the stool covers are so perfect.

these are interesting and new to me...very funny

They are all great ideas, but my favorite is the herb table mostly because it's mobile and is not as permanent as the flying plants. The flying plants offer more room to decorate the stand and change its look.

I just love the hanging plants an trees, looks great!

I really like the idea of the "flying plants". Not only is it functional but it's also a work of art! How does it work exactly? Do the roots take their moisture from the air?

oh the BacSac photo is incredible! it brings a smile to my face!

I love all these ideas for herbs- The one on the car is a bit much but I would love to have a table or some flying ones!
