An email from Serge yesterday really caught me eye ... he is the brain-kid behind Envelop ... an online print-on-demand platform where illustrators can create, promote and sell there own designed cotton items, like pillow-covers, napkins, bags,  oven gloves and aprons ... all you have to do is download the product templates of textile items in order to customize them...submit your design and after being approved as a contributing designer you can start selling your items at Envelop ... for me as a buyer it's a fantastic place to buy one-of-a-kind and uniqye designer pieces!

Envelop

Some of my picks are the apron by Carolyn Alexander, the pillowcover by Gemma Correll by and these fun letter napkins by audbo. Please read all the information on Envelop self as it is too much for me write-up here...

Hi, I recently also joined envelop, and must say, it's an addiction. I sold several items to several countries. I'm really happy. Now let's hope some magazines will pick this up....

That apron is so pretty!

How is the quality? I know that most print on stuff tends to be subpar to other method. I just did a bunch of shirts and have plans for many more things, so If anyone have any direct experience with this I would love to know your thoughts

What a great idea, thanks so much for sharing!

xo Katherine aka. Urban Flea :)

I really love the apron. Might have to try something similar :)

mmm not heard of this before... off to investigate.
