Not only do I love all Sandra Juto's prints and illustration work, but I also LOVE this amazing chrochet blanket by her ... I'm soooo jealous, wish I could make this too! Yesterday evening I started with my first chrochet project ... a cotton pillow cover, I find it not so easy to do as knitting, but very relaxing, hope one day i can show you the result!

The crochet blanket is beautiful. I love the colors and the texture it appears to have. It looks warm and cozy.

I really like the blanket although its not exactly my taste. Makes me think of things my grandmother made.

This is the only crocheted blanket I ever seen that I like. It's the colors at make it great. And I think she used really good quality yarn? I'd buy that, but I think it would be fun to learn how to crochet.

I'm the opposite--I find knitting way hard but crocheting easier....funny

I just saw this on her blog. It's really great! I was an utter failure at knitting but this has inspired me to try again with crochet.

The blanket is so beautiful, love granny squares and also using them on my collection for next FW09/10. It is a bit hard at the beginning but once you do it for a while it becomes very easy. Crochet I think can be more creative than knitting. Look for those crochet books from Kinokuniya, they are amazing.
