I was planning to write a long post about Kuala Lumpur and some great shops I found here recently, but due to the aircon problems this week I'm still working on a different computer and so  no acces to my photolibrary...but no tears please, the post will come next week and I have some super nice ideas and designs for your home via this fantasic online shop, called Yolk, run by a Swedish women, Maria Neuman, who lives with her husband in Los Angeles...

not only at the brick and mortar shop but also in Yolk's online shop you can find many pieces that I truly love like the pillows from Hauhauz, nice design books, a great collection for kids, this fantastic Kaiku Tray by Marimekko and also the beautiful Nordic Light by Design House Stockholm   ... have much fun shopping!

I was just in their shop week or so ago, and I think they got sick of me! I just couldn't stop looking until I had seen everything. They have such a fantastic eye for all design goodies. If you're ever in L.A., it's worth the trip. There's also a fantastic restaurant next door where coffee is an ingredient in almost everything! Including the salad dressing! Mmmm.
