we have a chair just like that in our basement...used to be on the back porch. now the cat sleeps on it. it's kinda falling apart.

Since you are in Malaysia, why not commision it? At those traditional rattan shops opened by the craftsman. There are a few around if you look carefully. There is one in Old Klang Road.

i had the exact same question!!!! we have been looking for a rattan cone chair and it's surprisingly hard to find!
