Last week was a bit rough in our house...my almost two year old son had the chicken pox, not only was he in pain, had a fever, he also looked so sad, his face covered with these horrible pox ... you probably can imagine this mom had a hard time seeing her son like this...but some beautiful comfort goodies arrived at my doorstep this week ... 2 beautiful packages from two very lovely ladies... all the way from Canada and Australia ... when opening Angela Liguori's box I was really overwhelmed by the beauty of her paper products, everything she makes is of such high quality, the details are just perfect, the Italian cotton ribbon so basic and pure and of course I will be using the ribbon with my initials for some knitting projects... and the Insectionary, miniature book is so gorgeous that I am going to have t framed. Thank you so much Angela!!
And one day later this beautiful handmade (yes handmade) clutch and purse arrived in the mail. My friend Jaime Beattie is such a sweetheart and I have to congratulate her for winning the award for Best Accessory Collection for her new SpringSummer 08-09 Collection at Debut 2008 Sydney! ...would you like to do some shopping for her collection, just click here.

Hello Irene,
I'm so happy the package arrived at your door, at the right moment. I have three little children and I completly understand how hard it is when one of them is sick. I hope your little boy will feel better very soon.
Thank you for posting about the little presents, I love to see them lay out on your table.
With all the best wishes to all of your family,
angela
