A Little Hut
I hope you all had a wonderful weekend? Mine was great... My father and his wife made a stop over in KL for a few days on their way back to the Netherlands from a vacation in China. I really enjoyed seeing them again and spending some quality time with my son.... I guess missing them and my other family is sometimes the more difficult part of living here in Kuala Lumpur...
Patricia Zapata just left a comment on Bloesem and I quickly visited her website ...wow…these paper sculptures are so beautiful. I can totally relate to Patricia’s feeling about being in front of a computer a lot as a graphic designer and that she wants to be creative in a different way and these paper art projects give her that pleasure. You can buy them online here.

Patricia is also the writer of the blog Crafty Synergy. Crafty Synergy is a collection of interviews with inspiring artists. Very interesting, you can find a lot of amazing artists and read a little bit more about them and their backgrounds.

Little hut is great she makes fantastic things out of recyled paper too. Her ideas are amazing.

I love the paper sculptures (really love this image at the bottom too). Glad your parents were able to visit.

These are so beautiful. I love things done with paper and am always amazed at the patience of anyone who can cut so perfectly.
Sorry you're feeling homesick. I know the feeling.

That little red riding hood is great. The white on white with the little pop of color is so beautiful.
