This couch and rotan table are absolutely on my wishlist…but first I have to figure out how I can buy them at this gorgeous online Japanese store, called Playmountain…Does anyone have some experience buying here?--I received a very friendly email from Margaret Solow regarding this question--Margaret told me that Tortoise in Venice, CA is going to be importing some of the smaller items from PlayMountain. They already carry some things, and OK in Los Angeles will also be carrying a few items. You should contact Tortoise, and let them know that you are interested in some of the furniture, and see if they ever plan to import any of that.-- Thanks Margaret for sharing this information with us!--

I design and am inspired by hip hop and pop culture and create soft goods for the home and the last thing that comes to mind as inspiration is a gun. I find it offensive that they say they were inspired by rappers and create a gun to be given to a baby. It is not even laughable or kitschy to me.

I love the cushions and the coach!lovely... but i must say that the gun toy freaked me out. hate, hate guns!

Dear JS, I know what you mean about the gun...I wasn't sure whether I was going to show it or not, but the toys are inspired by the HipHop scene...I guess we should look at it in a fun way...
