Talented Dutch Designers

Jorineoosterhoff_2

You surely remember the beautiful porcelain fairytale tea party set by Jorine Oosterhoff. (Which you now can buy online Rose and Radish) More beautiful ceramic designs by Jorine  are these colored glue vases, two parts become one!

Fennaoosterhoff

Jorine sent me an email last weekend with some wonderful links to three Dutch designer websites. Among them is Jorine’s sister Fenna Oosterhoff, who recently graduated at ArteZ in Arnhem and these are the images of her graduation projects…very talented lady, don’t you agree?

Jozephineduker

Jozephine Duker is one of the three designers jorine introduced me to. The images are from her Biscuit-box that is standing on rubber paws, just like a real creature. The idea behind the tea set was to get emotionally attached to it by adding certain characteristic elements to it. Click here to browse Jozephine Duker’s website.

Willemvanlandeghem_2

Last (for today) but certainly not least is the very creative work by Willem van Landeghem. Willem is also a graduate from the product design department of Artez in Arnhem, during his study he did an internship at Sander Luske’s studio and studied abroad at UIAH in Finland.

All this experience shines through in Willem's beautiful ceramic products. Beer cups, perfume bottle, shaving set, wax-stamps and much more…. click here to see the collection. For buying information it’s best to send Willem van Landeghem an email.

i agree, Fenna's work is fantastic!
love the simplicity.

I love Jozephine Duker's concepts and really enjoyed going through her portfolio. She is one creative gal. Thanks for sharing!

Those wax stamps are wonderful. I can already imagine how satisfying they would feel in the palm of my hand. The design is so simple and uncluttered but it has such a nice nod to history in it's usefulness.
